2. What data we collect
This site is an informational showcase of the school. It does not require account creation and does not collect health data.
- Contact data you provide: when you write to us by email or WhatsApp (including via the site's buttons), we process your name, contact details and the content of your message. The contact buttons open your email app or WhatsApp with a ready-made message: the site itself does not store this data on its own servers.
- Technical browsing data: like any website, the hosting servers record technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) for operational and security purposes.
3. Why we process it (purposes and legal basis)
- Responding to your requests for information about courses and activities (performance of pre-contractual measures at your request).
- Running the site securely and efficiently (legitimate interest).
- Showing third-party content (Instagram feed, YouTube videos) only with your consent via the cookie banner.
4. Recipients and external services
To provide the site we rely on providers that may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Vercel – site hosting.
- Supabase – provides the public activity-calendar data (non-personal information of site users).
- Meta / Instagram – Instagram feed widget (activated only after consent).
- Google / YouTube – video playback (in "nocookie" mode, activated when you start a video).
- Meta / WhatsApp – if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
Where data is processed on servers outside the EU, the transfer is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses (SCC) in compliance with the GDPR.
5. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Details and consent management are described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Data retention
The communications you send us (email, WhatsApp) are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for subsequent obligations. Technical logs are kept for limited periods according to the hosting providers' practices.
7. Your rights
Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, request its portability, withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
