The basics of technical diving: setting up technical diving equipment, buoyancy control, trim and finning techniques, in a controlled environment at depths of up to 12 metres. The ideal starting point before venturing beyond recreational limits.

Extended Range Nitrox

The first step in decompression: plan and conduct limited-decompression dives to a depth of 40 metres, using gases up to 100 per cent oxygen to speed up the stops.

What do I need to start technical diving?

Solid diving experience and the course prerequisites: we begin with the Extended Range Foundations to build configuration, buoyancy and technique before descending to depth.

How deep do you go?

The Extended Range technical programmes progressively take you down to 45-60 metres, with appropriate decompression and gas mixtures.
