Freediving is diving on a single breath: no tanks, just you, your body and the silence of the sea. It’s a discipline that combines technique, relaxation and awareness, and gives you a unique sense of freedom.

In freediving courses you’ll learn correct breathing, relaxation, buoyancy and the safety rules (always with a buddy), starting from the basics in the pool through to your first experiences at sea, with qualified instructors.
